The emergence and restoration of historical and residential complexes is an international practice applied by modern states to preserve and display their historical wealth not only as a cultural asset but also as a financial product of the tourism sector and beyond. Our experience is made available to interested parties for specialized studies in this sensitive area. We have been awarded and honored internationally by the UN and the International Association of Architects (UIA) in 1996 for the redevelopment of the city center of Heraklion, Crete.
